Terms of Service

These terms govern consumer purchases from goodsvale.com. The seller is identified below. You must have legal capacity to enter a purchase contract. Product availability, specifications and options are those expressly confirmed for your selected variant.

Prices are displayed in EUR. Applicable VAT must be included where legally required; shipping and any separately payable import charges are disclosed before payment. Your bank may charge currency-conversion fees. The final checkout total is shown before you place a paid order. We do not charge for optional additions without your agreement.

Your order is an offer to purchase. An automated receipt acknowledges the order; acceptance is confirmed by a separate acceptance or dispatch notice. We may decline an order for genuine unavailability, payment failure or a material listing error, informing you and refunding any payment promptly. We will not substitute goods or increase an agreed price without your consent.

Delivery estimates and destination restrictions appear in our Shipping Policy and at checkout. Cancellation, returns and faulty-goods remedies are set out in our Refund and Withdrawal Policy. All mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Use products only as instructed and observe relevant warnings. No term excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing limits our statutory obligations for conformity, delivery or refunds.

Bulgarian law applies only to the extent it does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections in their country of habitual residence. Consumers retain all rights to bring proceedings in courts available under applicable consumer law. Contact us first with a complaint so we can try to resolve it. Changes to these terms apply prospectively and do not alter completed orders.
