Shipping Policy

We focus on the United Kingdom, Germany, France and Italy. Availability depends on the product and destination shown at checkout. The electric scalp massager is not available for delivery to Germany.

Estimated delivery is 5–16 business days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. The estimate shown with your order takes priority; business days exclude weekends and relevant public holidays. If an item needs additional processing, we will disclose that before you order.

Goods may be sent directly by fulfilment partners from outside your country, including outside the EU or UK. Orders may arrive in separate parcels. Tracking information is sent when available. Goodsvale remains responsible for your order; using a supplier does not transfer our obligations to you.

Shipping charges, applicable sales taxes and any import charges we collect are disclosed before payment. Where import VAT, duties or handling charges are payable separately by you, this must be clearly disclosed before you order. We do not promise duty-paid delivery unless expressly stated.

If delivery is delayed, missing or damaged, contact us. Unless another delivery period is agreed, statutory delivery rules apply, generally including delivery within 30 days. Where required by law, you may set an appropriate additional delivery period and cancel for a refund if delivery still fails; some cases allow immediate cancellation. We bear the risk of loss until you or your nominated recipient takes possession, except where the law provides otherwise for a carrier you independently commission.
