Refund and Withdrawal Policy

Your 14-day withdrawal right

EU and UK consumers buying online may cancel without giving a reason by notifying us within 14 days after receiving the goods. For an order delivered in separate lots, this normally runs from receipt of the last item. Email us with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. You may also use the optional form below. Prior approval is not a condition of exercising this right.

Return the goods within 14 days after notifying us. You pay the direct cost of a change-of-mind return unless we agree otherwise; no restocking fee applies. Contact us for return routing, or send the goods to our business address below. Do not send returns to an unconfirmed supplier address. Keep proof of posting. You may inspect goods as you would in a shop; we may deduct only loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

We refund payments, including the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery for a cancelled order, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence you sent them back, whichever is earlier. Refunds use the original payment method without a refund fee. Premium delivery charges above standard delivery are not refunded. Partial-order delivery refunds depend on the delivery charges attributable to the cancelled goods.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Contact us with your order details and a description of the issue. Photos may help but do not remove your statutory rights. We cover necessary return costs for valid faulty or incorrect-item claims. EU consumers have at least a two-year legal conformity guarantee, with repair, replacement, price reduction or refund as applicable. UK consumers retain their statutory remedies, including the short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days where applicable. Longer national protections remain unaffected. Sale items have the same statutory rights.
